Sweet and sour chicken:
1-Season the chicken legs with salt, pepper and garlic
2-Add 3 tablespoons of the jam and a 1/2 cup of water and let them marinate for 3 or more hours in the refrigerator (*If you want them to be a little spicier you can add half a spoon of pepperoncini or crushed chilli pepper).
3-Once the maceration time has passed, heat the pan and seal the chicken legs, and then place the entire contents of the marinade and cook over medium heat (remember that it contains sugar if you place it on very high heat it can easily burn). And ready to eat 🤤. I hope you enjoy.
Crostini goat cheese and Onion Jam:
1. Cover the bread with olive oil and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes on each side. Let it cool down.
2. Once cooled, spread goat cheese on the bread according to your preference. Avoid using too much cheese, as we want to taste the onion jam.
3. Add half a teaspoon of onion jam on top of the cheese.
4. Voilà! It’s ready to enjoy and share with your family and friends.
